| Answer: Le mode d'emploi était téléchargeable en français sur le site mais il semble que le lien n'était pas assez visible et un autre en Anglais dans la boîte .Si ce n'était pas le cas, nous en sommes désolés ; pour le chargement complet c'est très long car c'est une importante capacité. | |

la batterie se vide complètement pour 60 % de la charge de mon telephone. (galaxy s21) Le dernier voyant vert clignote toujours meme en dépassant le temps de charge nominal. je ne suis pas satisfait de ce produit qui affiche 20000 ce qui devrait permettre, je croyais, au moins de charger 2 fois mon telephone. je ne suis pas du tout satisfait. Produit léger en solidité, volet protection connectique fragile (cassé à l'ouverture après qq usages) leds à l'avant factices (!?) ne charge pas même après deux jours plein soleil. Matériel de loisir, ou copie discount, usage camping tout au plus !
