24-HOUR ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours of your order (excluding December, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
ATTENTION: During periods of high activity, such as Black Friday, Christmas or Sales, delivery times may be extended.
Your package is shipped on the day of the order if it is placed before 1 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of intense activity (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), we expect an additional preparation time that can go from 48h to 72h before shipment.
We send you an e-mail as soon as your package is dispatched and the tracking number of your order in order to be informed of its correct delivery.
- Via Colissimo Home Delivery : €6.90 incl. VAT, at home without signature, in 48 hours (excluding Corsica), free of charge for orders over €50.
- Via Colissimo Relay Point: €6.90 incl. VAT
- Via TNT Express: € 13 incl. VAT, at home in 24 hours if ordered before 13 p.m (excluding Corsica).
BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, GERMANY, HOLLAND, AUSTRIA, ITALY, SPAIN, IRELAND, PORTUGAL
- Via Colissimo Europe: 9.90€ at home in 4 to 7 working days. Free for orders over 150€.
REST OF EUROPE
- Via Colissimo Expert International: €14.50 at home in 4 to 10 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD & OVERSEAS TERRITORIES
- Via Colissimo Expert International: €20.00 in 4 to 10 working days.
WARNING : Outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
IN THE EVENT OF ABSENCE OR NON-ATTENDANCE
- Via Colissimo: The Poste service is only available once. In the event that you are absent, the package is delivered to the nearest post office and will be recorded in your tracking.
- Via TNT Express: The TNT service is only available once between 8 AM and 11 AM. On the morning of the delivery you will receive a text message from TNT notifying you of the current delivery. It is not possible to change a delivery schedule or address once it is in progress. In the event that you are absent, the package is delivered at a TNT relay point and will be recorded in your tracking.
Attention : As part of a retur, the shipping costs are the responsability of the customer
International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
As from the reception of your package, you have 30 days to retract and return the items, if they do not suit you.
In the "Order history" section:
1) Click on "Detail" of your order
2) Check the product line to be returned
3) Indicate the reason for the return
4) Validate the return request
5) A delivery note will be generated (to be attached in the package)
6) Go to a post office to have your parcel shipped out
7) Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be effective within 3 to 15 days
Please return the product in its original packaging and attach your Delivery Note to the shipment to facilitate the work of our logistics team.
The products must be returned new, reconditioned as in their original condition.

RETURN FOLLOWING AN ORDER ON A PARTNER SITE
You must make your request for return on the partner site directly. The latter will tell you the procedure to follow. Attention, do not send the package back without having made a request for return beforehand.
