Qualité médiocre en comparaison aux coques Lifeproof. Produit renvoyé en attente du remboursement. Je ne recommande pas.

Bonjour , vous avez renvoyez le produit qui ne vous plaisait pas et vous avez été remboursé intégralement même si le retour du produit état loin d'être conforme . Nous sommes restés très corrects et il n'est pas autorisé de mettrre des éléments discriminatoires ou de comparaison d'une autre marque , surtout que vous n'avez pas testé notre produit .Vous avez seulement jugé qu'il ne vous plaisait pas .

Bonjour, j’ai effectivement été remboursé partiellement, ce qui est normal vu que j’étais dans les délais légaux de rétractation. Je n’ai effectivement pas testé cette coque la qualité au déballage n’étant pas au rdv. Pour votre information j’ai eu auparavant 4 coques étanches de votre marque qui ont toutes prient l’eau après plusieurs utilisations, je vous ai signalé le problème et renvoyé les coques, puis face à ce problème récurrent j’ai décidé d’aller voir ailleurs. Je suis revenue car ne trouvant pas pour mon dernier téléphone 13 mini je me suis dit que j’allais laisser une nouvelle chance avec l’issue que vous connaissez. Pourquoi demandez vous l’avis de vos clients si la démarche qualité n’a aucune importance à vos yeux ? Par ailleurs s’il n’est pas autorisé à citer une autre marque que la vôtre pourquoi cet avis a été publié alors qu’il fait l’objet lui aussi d’un contrôle avant publication ? Bien à vous.
