Bonjour, nous avons réglé votre problème de SAV et une batterie vous a été expédiée le 04 Janvier après avoir reçu les vidéos concernant votre SAV . Car il est vrai que les périodes de fête sont très chargées avec les échanges clients et nous n'avons pas pu être aussi réactifs que d'habitude
